Email support@tidyupapp.online from any address — include what happened, your device model, and (if it helps) a screenshot. Privacy and data requests go to the same address, or can be done instantly in the app under Settings → Privacy.
1. Common questions
Where do deleted photos go?
Nothing is removed until you review and confirm it at the end of a session. Confirmed deletes go to your phone's own Recently Deleted album and can be recovered there for 30 days (Photos app on iPhone, Gallery/Photos on Android).
Is TidyUp free? What does Premium add?
TidyUp is free and supported by occasional ads. Premium is a one-time purchase (no subscription) that removes all ads and unlocks longer custom sessions. You can also earn Premium free by inviting friends — 10 friends who complete their first cleanup unlocks it forever.
Do my photos or voice ever leave my phone?
No. Photo analysis and voice recognition run entirely on your device. TidyUp has no accounts and no photo servers. Details in the Privacy Policy.
Voice mode isn't hearing me
Check Settings → Manage permissions in the app: TidyUp needs microphone and speech-recognition access. If you use Voice Lock, re-record your phrase in a quiet room, or turn Voice Lock off — commands work without it.
Restore a Premium purchase
On your new or reset device open Settings → Restore purchases in the app while signed into the same App Store / Google Play account you bought with.
An ad felt intrusive or inappropriate
Ads are capped (at most one full-screen ad per 15 minutes, never during cleaning). If a specific ad misbehaves, email us a screenshot — we can report and block the advertiser with Google. You can turn off personalised ads any time in Settings → Privacy.
2. Manage or delete your data
In the app: Settings → Privacy → Request my data (export) or Delete my data (erase the anonymous data linked to your device). Full details and regulator contacts are on the Compliance page.
